Retirement Village in the Eco-Tourism Zone of Tanauan City, by the shores of Taal Lake.

PORT ST MICHEL VILLAGE
An exclusive project of St. Michel Development Corporation

An Eco – Tourism Project of St. Michel Development Corporation

The nearest gateway to lake Taal has evolved…..

A village reminiscent of the place most of us grew up in, or had been to many times as children, a place we called grandpa’s farm.

A quiet place where you will enjoy wholesome country cooking, salad greens and fruits freshly picked from the farm, homemade coffee or chocolate and native snacks, races with your pet dog along the perimeter of your farm, fishing in the nearby river. A farm village in a resort setting

Port St. Michel is 45 minutes drive from Ayala Alabang Village, and 20 minutes drive from Tagaytay City, both routes via cemented roads.

Port St. Michel is an upcoming week- end get away and retirement village in the Eco-Tourism Zone of Tanauan City, by the shores of Taal Lake.

There are 4 areas of development:
Ø The Agri-Estates
Ø The Lakeshore Marina
Ø The Shophouses
Ø The Resort Villas

The Agri-Estates

v Hillside Lots –These are located in the hilly part of the village. Most of the lots have a beautiful view of the lake.
v Farm Lots -The lots here are all level, thus ideal for the planting of herbs and spices, salad greens and fruit trees, and other agricultural produce.
v Riverside Lots -These lots are beside the banks of Sabang River. Lot owners may picnic at their back yards or fish at the river.

The Lakeshore Marina

v The Lakeshore Marina is on the 1.35 hectare lakeside portion of Port St. Michel. This will be the center of water-based activities. It will have a clubhouse, marina reception, casitas, swimming pool, trellised parking lots.
v All the structures to be built in the club area and the landscape design will have the same character and identity as the village.
v A club concept that will maximize the advantages of living by the shores of lake Taal will be organized. The lake approximates the size of Metro Manila, thus, a fantastic playground for the residents of Port St. Michel.

The Shophouses

The Shophouses are 3 storey semi -commercial townhouses. The ground floor is intended for commercial activities while the second to the third floor are meant to be the residential area. There will be no duplication of commercial activities among the shophouses.

The Resort Villas

The resort villas are located along the inland river. The architecture will draw inspiration from the upscale residences in the Philippines during the 1900s, with architectural influences from countries which have historical linkages with the Philippines.
